black noise before setting up for 16bit channel.jpg16bit channel too much noise.pngHi everyone im very new to Photoshop im facing some problem in post production im getting wired black spots while im working in 32 bit channel while i convert my 32bit to 16bit channel using smart object im getting white spots in my image  can anyone help me with this please it would be great help

How does it look with a Background Layer behind the SO?

Does turning off Ā»Use Graphics ProcessorĀ« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue? (Or whatever it was called in CS6.)
