Adobe XD October release does not update

I cannot update to latest version of XD, October release. My cloud app says that the XD is updated but my version is 12. something...

I have a free account.

You can see if there's another update by launching the Creative Cloud application and clicking the ... button in the upper right hand corner. Then select "Check for App Updates." Does that show you a new version?

@No, the answer is not correct and not helpful. Above mentioned advice is not working.

i deinstalled old version and installed new one.
