urgent security problem for demo on workstation

    funkDaddyFlash
I have a flex app using an HTTPService to access XML files from my hard drive. When I run it, it works perfectly in the browser(s) I have.

If I try to double click the .swf and play it in the standalone player, I get this error:

[RPC Fault faultString="Error #2028: Local untrusted file file:///D|/Documents%20and%20Settings/tclare/Desktop/tester/requirementsA.xml may not access Internet URL file:///D|/Documents%20and%20Settings/tclare/Desktop/tester/TemporalRequirements.swf." faultCode="InvokeFailed" faultDetail="null"]

I assume this is in some way related to CorssDomain files, etc, but have not fully read up on them yet, and what I am reading isn;t helping me to solve the problem.

I need to send the files to a client and have him run the SWF on his desktop (with Flash Player 9 installed) and need to make this work asap.

Could someone help me figure out what to do?
      Thanks!
