Premiere pro crash a chaque ouverture du logiciel !

Voila, depuis la nouvelle mise a jour mon logiciel crash a CHAQUE FOIS SANS EXCEPTION, il crash des son ouverture et une page d'erreur souvent me demandant si je veux envoyer un rapport a l’assistance d'adobe ! Avez vous une idée pour régler ce problème ?

J'ai déjà installer et désinstaller plusieurs fois, ça n'a rien changé

Et tous mes pilotes sont a jour

Sorry, there are new system requirements. The previous version is probably the one you should use until you can get another computer with more updated components.

First, it would be good to post the hardware of your computer ... OS/CPU/RAM//GPU/vRAM.

Next ... have you used the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool to uninstall/remove all traces of PrPro? That solves this type of thing at times also ...

J'ai désinstaler totalement tous mes logiciels adobe en utilisant "Adobe CC Cleaner Tool" après réinstallation de premiere pro, le logiciel crash toujours ! Avez vous une autre idée ?

Je ne connais pas trop ma configuration mais ca fais 1 ans que j'utilise adobe sans aucun soucis et depuis la mise a jour, je n'arrive plus a utiliser le logiciel !

That PrPro 2018 operates on a 2-core i3 at less than a Ghz of CPU speed, with 4Gb of RAM, is amazing. I am suprised it did so, truthfully. And I'm not surprised you get an error-message/crash of 2019/13.x on that machine. It will never work.

You should be able to click on the right end of the blue bar for PrPro in the CC Desktop App, and under "Manage" or something, get through to an option to install previous versions.
