    Embeding assests from external SWF - and file paths

      Hi

      I'm wondering if there is a simple way to streamline/ease the targeting of sources SWF's when embedding external assets. At the moment I have something akin to the below

      Code:
      [Embed('../../../../../../../../../deploy/Library.swf', symbol='Box')]
      public static const SomeAsset:Class;

      Where the class is burried several layers in a name-space deep.

      Is there no way to short-hand for either FDT or the FlaexSDK the base project source folder so the code would look something like

      Code:
      [Embed('$(project-root)/deploy/Library.swf', symbol='Box')]
      public static const SomeAsset:Class;

      I've tried adjusting the compiler arguments - passing a {project) token to the -source-path argument but with no joy the compiler throws the following compilation error

      Error: unable to resolve '/deploy/Library.swf' for transcoding

      Am I missing something glaringly obvious here ?

      ta
