Which version of Acrobat Pro did you buy? Was it subscription or "perpetual" license? What version of Windows do you have?
Moved to Acrobat forum
I purchased subscription and using Windows 10.
Sorry for the delay in response.
As mentioned above, Acrobat is crashing on your Windows 10 machine, could you check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates
Reboot the machine after installing update and try again.
If that doesn't work, try repairing Acrobat using "Repair installation" option under Help menu, reboot the machine after repair and check.
Is there any error message you are getting when Acrobat crashes?
What is the dot version of Acrobat running on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
