adobe premire pro 2017

Hii,

I tried to get in the premire but i cna't cause it have a lot of issues.
I cna't get in the premire because:

All the times it shows me the sign in option but it never let me the to enter my adobe account it always keep closing very fast.
The premire open only for two seconds.

I would like to know how to solve this.
