Recently my Adobe Pro DC updated and since then when viewing pdf's there are elements completely missing and some percentages are reading the wrong values. Do I need to change any settings for the latest update? Here's a pic of what should be tone scales with 100% white behind all 5 different values. You can see the 5 different values in the Cyan tone scales. There's also a strip of c,y,m,k running vertically along the right edge. Does anyone no how to fix this issue?

Hi carmenb2771,
As mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to view pdf, could you confirm if you are referring to output preview in Acrobat DC?
Dot version of Acrobat and the operating system you are using on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Have you tried with another pdf file to check if the issue is not specific to this pdf only?
Let us know if you need any help.

Yes, we view our pdf’s in output preview. My OS is Windows 7. We were seeing these same issues, and others, in any pdf we viewed after the latest Adobe update.
Tech support was able to move me back to an older version of Adobe Pro DC so everything is working fine now. Also a co-worker that was having the same issues while using OS Windows 10. We’re back to normal now. Thanks for checking!
