Shortcut to navigate back and forth between Master Pages and regular pages?

So yeah, is there a key command, shortcut, or a script (which can be assigned a shortcut/key command) that will enable me to jump quickly back and forth between normal spreads and master pages (outside of using the pages panel every time)?

Command + J (the Go To Page) command is the best solution found so far.

Let me know if there’s something even faster.

Ctrl+PgUp and Ctrl+PgDn (or their Mac equivalents) go back and forth the previous spreads visited.
