Could you please state the version NUMBER of your Lightroom? We need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date".

Please give a description of when the problem began and what you have tried to do to fix this, and include any other relevant information.

Have you tried minimizing LR and then returning it to its previous size?

Have you tried restarting the computer?

Along with the above this is a Font size issue. Have you adjusted the display properties to make the screen, menus and he like, easier to read, work with?

Reset it to the Default settings
