"Could not find shared document directory"

When I open the premiere pro cc 2019, it begins to load and a message appears written "Could not find shared document directory"

I found this thread  helpfull. I added premiere.exe as an 'allowed app' to the controlled folder acces in Windows Defender. Maybe that works for you too, provided you use the Defender antivirus app.
