    Adobe Premiere Pro CC Update


      Hi, I tried to upgraded my PP to the latest version and after upgrading it wouldn't start. It had an error 1. I uninstall and restarted my computer several times and uninstall all my Adobe apps multiple times. I found out that I need to upgrade my OS to use the newer version, fair enough. Would have been nice to know before screwing up my current set up but okay, I downgraded back to the older software and now it just keeps asking to sign into my adobe creative cloud, at which point is says it has done that successfully and then it repeats and repeats. I tried going back to the 2017 version and it's that same. Nothing is working and it is exceptionally frustrating. My system info is below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
