After the crash, the project does not work

I am doing a template project with Adjustment Layers (for videostocks).

Periodically, when I want to remove or undo an action (CTRL+Z) for Adjustment Layers, Premiere Pro is crashes.

Earlier, when I was working in cc.2018, it was enough just to open the project and continue with the last save point, but on cc.2019 a new problem came up.

A project that was saved before the crash - when opened does not work.

The program interface works, but in the program panel I see only a black screen.

It lasts indefinitely and when try to close a project - Premiere Pro freezes. Helps only the task manager.

I completely cleaned the contents of the cache folders but it did not help.

But I found a workaround that works - need to create a new project and import into it an old project that has not worked before.

After that, the project works fine.

Is there a more convenient solution?
