Another newbie Q: What LUA editor?

I did do a search on here for LUA editors and found one thread that was 10 years old.  Can I ask what's there recommended editor at that moment?  I've ben using a combination of notepad and wordpad (on Windows 10) neither is ideal.

Ideally, I like to use an editor that highlights/helps with syntax.

Any recommendations?  Of course, preferably free - but not totally averse to paying a small amount.

I use the free edition of Intellij IDEA with a free Lua plug-in to provide syntax highlighting.

I use Sublime 3 (I'm a minimalist, having walked away from Emacs 20 years ago).
