Running a PP project with multiple AE clips is painful with Premiere 2019

Exactly the same spec as stevenprobets above, and the same issues. Running a PP project with multiple AE clips is very, very, painful.

One thing I have noticed is that running a pre render on PP speeds up enormously if you simultaneously run a ram playback on AE.

Without this action in AE,  PP can take an age to even begin a pre render, let alone, complete it. It's almost as though it wakes up PP and kicks it into life so there is a definite correlation between what's running on AE as to how PP performs.

I will be looking into Dynamic Link performance today.     In the meantime, I'd like to make sure that everyone is using matching versions of Pr and AE.    To confirm, if you're using Pr 2019, Make sure you also have AE 2019 installed / updated as well.

Will have more info later today.
