Retreive recordings that were hosted through Adobe Connect

Can you tell me the steps I need to take to retrieve recordings that were previously hosted through our Adobe Connect account which ended in September?

1. Call your reseller or support
2. See if you can do a short term activation/extension on the account
3. Furiously create MP4s of all the recordings you need.
