Boa tarde,

O Adobe connect não reconhece todos os apontadores que temos para apresentar os diapositivos na tela, é necessário a instalação de algum software opcional, quais são os diapositivos recomendados para uso com o Adobe Connect?

Obrigado.

Assuming this is in Power Point slides, be sure your links don't have a drop shadow or any other formatting applied to them. That will cause them to not be active links when they are uploaded to Connect.

That's not the problem.
Adobe connect does not even recognize the pointer, if you use the pointer with the powerpoint, I can use the next and previous buttons inside the connect, when you load them, it just does not happen at all.

However I think I've already figured out the problem, I just do not know how to solve it.
the pointer when pressed on the arrow > does page up and when pressed on the < page down page, I have no way of saying that these buttons should make the left and right key, and there is no way to set this on the pointer, there is a way to change the behavior inside adobe connect?

No, in Adobe Connect to move the slides, you must use the left or right arrow keys. Not up/down or page up/page down.

There is the possibility of asking Adobe to do this functionality, since most pointers have this behavior by using the page up, page down or up and down arrow keys, in the powerpoint both works as up arrow, down arrow, page up , page down or left arrow and right arrow.
