[Moderator moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Acrobat General Troubleshooting .]
Strangely I am unable to Print any PDF docs from the Adobe Acroat Pro DC. I tried using the Chat, and a remote session was initiated but it failed.
Does anbody have any idea on why this is happening?
I am using an updated version of Apple's Mojave ( Mac OS Version 10.14.1 ( 18B73a(.
Please respond.

what do you see after clicking print from acrobat?
are you able to print from other programs?

The printer icon gets enabled, but it does not print.
If I open the PDF document using Preview, I am able to Print the PDF document.
I tried using PDF Pen Pro App, and it is able to print.

The steps were carried out remotely by Adobe Customer support today, but it did not work.

uninstall acrobat dc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall acrobat dc

I followed all the steps, and the program was uninstalled.
I tried reinstalling from my Adobe account, but the install process gets hanged around 84 percent with a C136 error.
Advise next steps/

enable your print spooler service and retry installation.

Hello I tried doing the same enabled the print spooler , but nothing works. It now gets hanged at 42 and 84 % and stops.
I hope there will be a resolution or else I will have to cancel my account and move on!

Hello I had somebody check on me yesterday remotely and They had the Adobe Acrobat installed finally.
I was expecting a call today by the agent to let him know if the document was printing or not.
The ADODBE Acrobat is installed but I cannot print any docs from Adobe Acrobat.
Please have it resolved.
