    Locked By Moderator. Lightroom cant develop

      After I updated my LRC

      I can't control any thing in my developing panel

      I also reinstall it it doesn't work

      I tried to format my computer    it also doesn't work

      Need selution  ......

            Windows 10

            Version 8.0 the latest

            And I mean when I'm importing photo  and I move to develop Modul all the options are shuted down

            So I can't edit the photo at all

              Please try switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue

              Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

                    Please in Lightroom (LR) click on Help, then System Information, and in the System Information screen, click on copy. Paste that into your next reply.


                    Latest Version means nothing. Yes can get into a round of circular arguments on that. Posting that info solves WHAT VERSION?

                            You are either using a Hacked version of LR or you need to uninstall - Reinstall, Sign Out then back in to have the License state Creative Cloud instead of Unknown.


                            That is the reason you can't use the Develop module.

                                This issue of the license has appeared before, It may be that while you have a legal subscribed copy, you were not logged into your Adobe account when Adobe wanted to check on that. Log in, either from LR or from the Creative Cloud Desktop App, and see if that changes.


                                No you do not always have to be logged in, no you do no always have to be connected to the internet, Just occasionally.


                                Other member with this situation could not use Develop.
