Hi

I just bought Lightroom this evening. After payment I received the download link and installed the 'Installer.dmg'.

When I double click the Lightroom icon there's a pop up saying 'Lightroom Installer.app' is a program ...'. Then I click open and nothing happened.
Also tried a right mouse click 'Show packet info - MacOS - install and then double click >> nothing happened. So no install at all.

I immediately stopped my membership.

Can someone tell me what to do? I need Lightroom very urgent.

Thanks

Willem

using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have a perpetual license (ie, not a subscription), did you receive a serial number?

Hi thanks for your reply. In the meantime my problem is solved due to a high standard technical support by Adobe. It was a nasty problem on my pc which blocked the installation. It took more then an hour to solve.

But now I am a happy user of Lightroom
