Apply the values as the "Radio button choice" value of each field and then you'll be able to use the built-in Average command under the Calculate tab of the text field where you want to display the result.

You should be aware that all radio button groups will be included in the average calculation even if unanswered when using the built-in calculation option. If this will not work for you, then you will need to create a custom script for the calculation.
