Good evening. I am in the midst of trying to make my contact form smaller, where the user doesn't have to scroll. How do I make the adjustments? Thanks.

Scrolling is a matter of perspective. What is your target screen resolution that you are looking at? I looked through your source code, but do not see any analytics running. Before diving too much into UX testing, I would get some analytics tracking your site, even Google Analytics, so you know what you need to target.

Without knowing that information, everything shows on my screen, but you could try removing the spam protection, unless you find you are getting a lot of spam requests. Other than that you could do away with the labels of the fields since you already have placeholder text. That would shorten your form a little.

On lines 13 and 19 you have duplicated links to Bootstrap CSS.  Remove 1.

<link rel="stylesheet" href="bootstrap.min.css"
<!-- Bootstrap -->

<link href="css/bootstrap-4.0.0.css" rel="stylesheet">

Best practice is to place address and phone number in a site wide header or footer.

Never use a MAILTO link without some form of obfuscation.  See this related discussion.

How are most of you adding 'mailto' links these days?
