I am Haruka -- using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Japanese Version - 2019.008.20081) in Japan.
Regarding the problem on the title, I often encounter working-stop of the software.
Are there any solutions yet? I use a Windows PC, and so should I tell and ask to Microsoft?

We are sorry for the delay in response.
Adobe Acrobat official update (19.010.20064) containing the fix for the crash issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.
