Bridge image processor will not work with CC2019

after completion, it comes up with a message 'unable to process'  all the files?   works fine with cc2018 though.  It is as though CC2019 trying to open every image and then does not save and close it.   Which means after 12gig of memory it crashes.

I put a lot of time into clearing up space on the C:/ drive and I think this has solved the problem for me.    It does disturb me that I could not find a support number to call?   Adobe I would have happily paid for someone to help me here, you need to offer this higher level of support please.
