In desktop mode, we can jump to specific page when open a pdf from web browser.

(e.g. https://www.adobe.com/jp/print/pdfs/preflight_low.pdf#page=4 )

However, it does not work on Mobile App (Android / iOS).   It can download the pdf file but cannot jump to specific page.

How to do the same for Mobile App?

Try it. If it works, this is lucky, if it does not, there is no way. Adobe cannot control this.
