Strange Scrambled Symbols and Text

Hello,

I recently installed Adobe Pro X and whenever I download a PDF document from a specific website, the document prints fine - no issues but when I save or download to my PC,the document saves with scrambled fonts on all of the pages.  I tried the trouble shoot solutions and none fixed my issue.

1. Changed the setting in adobe printer/properties/preference/ "download as softfont"/ "Native Truetype"  - no success

2. From PDF document File/Properties/Font - found ArialMT font on my doc and downloaded the Arial MT font - no success

3. I downloaded the Acrobat Reader DC Continuous patch AcroRdrDCUpd1800920050.msp for Windows user - no success

Is there a patch specifically for Adobe Pro X? Please advise.
