Hi,

I am using Acrobat Pro 2017 Mac version under OS 10.14.1 since today.

The program does not print and shows the following:

Bildschirmfoto 2018-11-29 um 14.38.36.png

Bildschirmfoto 2018-11-29 um 14.38.51.png

Translation: 1. The document could not be print.

Translation: 2. No page chosen for printing.

Since I have installed Acrobat Pro 2018 my other program Acrobat pro version 11.0.23 shows the same problem.

I should be grateful if somebody could help. Its annoying.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards.

Norbert

problem had vanished.

The ghost in the machine had been gracious.

Kind regards.

Hi Norbert,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

Looking at the information given above, it seems none of the version has helped you printing the PDF properly. Could you please confirm the printer specification? Or try printing any document using any other application installed on your computer?

Thanks,

Akanchha

At times simple restart of the computer fixes many complicated issues. This is the first step we should try to see whether that helps or not.
