    CHAT with Adobe, Web browser and possible web security (in the way) requirements

      SO, context,

       

      Yes I know how to navigate on the web to the Chat part of Adobe Customer Care.

       

      Now I have shared the where and how with other members, some it works out just fine, others (notably starting today) they cannot get to a point at which their web browser is showing the final step where they can actually click on a CHAT button.

       

      Now, in my case, Firefox works, Edge works, I do not know, but doubt, if this is a HTML vs Browser issue.

       

      Could it be an extensions, or a web plugin issue?

       

      Could it be a firewall or Internet Security issue?
