How can I make the word in the PDF file more clear?

Without both a screen shot of what you mean and the sample file (posted for us to retrieve), there is virtually nothing we can do to assist you.

Also, since this isn't a PDF Workflow issue, I am moving this thread to the Acrobat General Troubleshooting forum.

How did you create the file? If from an image (as I assume), the solution is to improve the resolution and quality of the image before converting it to PDF.
