    None of Adobe CC is working

      I recently downloaded Adobe CC desktop app and lightroom. I am using an HP with windows 10 installed. Adobe CC desktop app keeps saying there is an error and to repair it. If the problem consists, uninstall and reinstall the app. It gives no error code to look up so I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now. The first time I opened lightroom, all the icons related to importing pictures are greyed out so I can't import anything. Both of the apps take exceptionally long to open. I've never had adobe products on this computer besides the pdf reader so I do not know what the problem is
