I cannot download Indesign!

I have no idea why but every time I try to download Indesign it says it has failed. If you have any suggestions please contact me.

Can you make a screen capture of the error message, and post it here? What exact operating system version are you using? Can you download other Creative Cloud applications?

From the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of your screen, choose About This Mac.
