Which version of Lightroom do you use?

what has been changed on your machine (updates, patches program installations)?

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 10 Pro 22H2 -- LR-Classic 13.2 - Photoshop 25.6 - Nik Collection 6.9 - PureRAW 4 - Topaz Photo AI 2

Are you sure? Something must be changed.

I've don't heard about such error message. So I don't have a good idea what's the solution.

Please try to create a new Windows user account with admin rights, login with this account and start Lighroom. It's possible that you Windows profile is faulty.
