Hi juliah,

I understand that you are getting some quality issues with the preview of your video. Please answer these questions so that we can troubleshoot the issue better:

  1. Do you get the quality issue with the preview while editing (in the program monitor) or after export (in some media player)?
  2. Does it happen with every project?
  3. Does it happen with a specific kind of media format?
  4. What are your system specifications (OS, RAM, GPU, Processor etc)?

Thanks,

Shivangi

Does it happen both with Adobe Media Encoder and direct export?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

It happens with the direct export. I don't know what the Adobe Media Encoder is. I am up-to-date with software.

How would I roll back the graphics?
