Adobe keeps charging me a trail I signed up for. After 3 calls, prolonged wait times, and the second representative hanging up on me, I finally got refunded. What a waste of time! I will never use an Adobe product again if I can help it!

I feel for you. I have an enterprise account and their service is horrible! Their software is full of bugs and we keep paying their bullsh_t and they wont even give us an email address to email them, you have to use this bullsh_t forum format where other older washed up photographers (aka power users) will belittle you and defend Adobe. They wont even answer you, they think by having a forum where others can come in and offer their bs is a form of support...
