I'm having the following error when I try and send an Adobe Sign document through Acrobat:
Error text is forbidden- The operation cannot be completed. Please try again later.
I recently updated my login credentials.
So I have Logged out, closed software and restarted. Same.
Also Adobe Sign gives the following message: We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support.
I have also opened a Customer support chat window and waited for an hour and a half for someone to help me. Zzzzzz.

Hi Thenimchimpsky,
As it is already mentioned in the error message, it seems that you have recently changed the email address lined with your Adobe ID.
The error occurs when you use an email address that is already has a registered Adobe Sign account.
In this case, you will need to free your email address from the old registered account.
For this, you will need to contact the Adobe Sign support team.
They will guide you and help you with the necessary steps.
I have sent you a private message, please

Thank you. I spoke with Adobe Sign, and they cleared up the problem.
They mentioned that this is a 'known issue' so hopefully this can be addressed universally in an update.
