I've started to use Lightroom CC, and have imported the pictures I had on a NAS (which has about 18 years of pictures....)

At first the synchronisation worked quite quickly, now it seems to be turning in circle and not really progressing when using the app on my Macbook

On the other hand, when I'm using one of the mobile app for IOS they are much more responsive

I suspect I should have done the import smaller bits by smaller bits rather than all of it at once.

Is there a way to "terminate" the import/synchronisation it is doing ?

Thanks

Peter

Thanks this may have helped.  I have also deactivated the "stock original" option which probably was also using a lot of ressources
