Acrobat Pro DC Build: 19.10.20064.311007 on a Mac.
We have a 3d CAD model that we have been working with for some time. As of today the 3d content will not activate. We initially get the "click to activate" message. After clicking the yellow bar appears. We select "trust this document always". Clicking again on the window usually opens the 3d content but now nothing happens (3d content does not become active although the "click to activate" message goes away) and no error messages are displayed.
3d content is enabled in Acrobat Preferences.
Other files open without issue in this user account on this machine.
File exhibits same behavior in other user accounts so it appears to be a file issue.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Is there a log file somewhere we can look at to see what might be happening?
