起動時のスプラッシュスクリーンに「Media Core を初期化しています」と表示されたままフリーズする（After Effects CS5.x/CS6 | Premiere Pro CS5.x/CS...

上記記事と同様の現象が起きています。

A. ファイアウォールの設定を変更します。

→それっぽいアプリを許可してみましたが効果がありません。

　以下は許可しているリストのイメージです。

B. QuickTimeは入っていません

C:\Windows\Temp\CreativeCloud\ACC/ACC.logには以下のように出力されていますが、調べてもあまりよくわかりません。
