You can change the title of your notification from the push notification script of your server.
There is a "title" parameter on the payload that allows you to determine this value and you can put a different title for each notification.

hi and thanks;
the notification title is not the issue I am referring to. I am talking about something totally different:
in android (I think starting from 9 but I am not sure), when you dismiss a notification lots of times, every once in a while android would remember that you hardly read the notifications and would show you a screen (that one I attached) stating that you usually dismiss these types of notification and asking you if you want to stop seeing them (great features, good for silly facebook group notifications).
when building my app with the CLI described above, android asks me If I want to stop seeing messages that are coming from phonegap.
please see re-attached picture.
I cant find the way to control this text. of course i do not want to disclose anything regarding my app tech. its hard to believe no one have seen this...
thanks in advance.
I am adding another screen shot of this info screen from a different app (youtube) so that it is clearer what I am asking. as you can see, android 'noticed' that I usually dismiss youtube notifications of type 'recommended videos' and asks me if I want to stop getting them. when using phoegap for push android thinks that my app has notifications of type phonegap... (in the first picture). can anybody help here? thanks!:
