I want to cancel my membership plan.

Because i cant use MOV file during Premiere pro. i want to edit MOV video but it doesn't work with that file.

so, please refund my money.

Do you tried to install Apple Quicktime?  https://support.apple.com/kb/DL837

If this doesn't work and you want cancel you subscribtion then take a look here:

What is your system? MacOS or Windows?

Quicktime MOV files are so called container formats that may use different video coding.

I’m moving this from Adobe Creative Cloud to the Premiere Pro CC​ forum.

Make sure that you don´t use old 32-bit MOV files since the support for those files was dropped from CC2018 and now CC2019. That could be your issue.
