Illustrator crashing

Hello,

I'm working on a Plugin for Illustrator. Now I'm running into a issue, where I have no idea how to fix it.

The thing is, that Illustrator crashes randomly on a client machine (not the developement-machine). And I'm unable to reproduce this behaviour on my developement-machine (everything works fine). The only things that i found out, are two things:

1. A Errormessage in the "CEPHtmlEngine8-ILST-22.1.0-com.adobe.illustrator.PLUGIN.dialog.log": " [0109/162150.509:ERROR:child_thread_impl.cc(762)] Request for unknown Channel-associated interface: ui::mojom::GpuMain 2019-01-09 16:22:20:341 : ERROR Error calling Heartbeat"
2. A Crashreport at the "Ereignissanzeige" of Windows: (See Screenshot)

So my question is now, what can cause this crash? Or how can I find out more about that crash?
