Ex: When I choose to share a document, let's say from within XD, it eventually ends up in the Cloud documents under Files, however there are no content in the files. When I open the XD document from the clouds document section I only get a blank document. There's just a white square. What's the purpose of shared cloud documents when the files are not there?!

Would you be able to collect and upload log files from both of your systems?

The tool will create a zip file on the desktop of all the log files. Please could you send us your logs (email@example.com) using the tool.
