Can I stop Creative Cloud Desktop Manager from loading at windows 7 startup, and still be able to use Apps when needed? The service uses 50% or more of my memory. Thanks,

you need to use it, at most, once per 30 days (if you have pay monthly) and less frequently if you pay annually.
