Does CC come with more programs?

Help! I am new to all this. Maybe I am not downloading it right... But I am sure Creative Cloud comes with more programmes? not just XD CC, RU and Br.  I bought the 400 quid anual subscription. I thought I´d be getting Phosotshop and Illustrator at least. Any ideas?
