how to complain

Hi

I  have used LR5 for a number of years trouble free for a number of years.  However due to a camera upgrade I had to upgrade to LR6 - this has never worked correctly and after a second attempt to get the problems resolved I agreed to changes on my computer remotely.  This has partially helped but my computer is now operating very, very slowly.  I wish to complain, but it seems there is almost no way of making yourself heard with this company - does anyone no how I should resolve this matter/know how to register a complaint.  Thank you in anticipation of your help in this matter

You can always go back to using LR 5 and for the new camera use the Free DNG converter to convert the RAW files from the new camera to DNG file that LR 5 can read.

Hi,

Many thanks for your help I will try and give it a go.

I know it sounds a bit negative but given LR5 upgraded to LR6 I had hoped would be a seamless transition for the better not the worse.

Youi should also have your install CD/DVD you got when first buying LR 5.

Also you should be able to turn the CC into a stand alone license version by entering the correct serial number and if an upgrade a serial number for a previous version.
