Can't preview

Hi!

I can't ram preview.

I tried Purge, but it still doesn't work.

I hit space and nothing happens. its the same when I push the play/stop button on the preview panel.

I've noticed that when I hit space again, in order to stop the preview, the time indicator jumps one frame backwards.

Im not the only one who uses this computer, so it might be that someone changed some settings...

Does anyone knows how to fix it?

Sure you can reset all the preference for after effects, try to follow the steps from this link Reset After Effects Preferences

I would also recommend you to reset the preferences of After Effects as suggested by Oussk...In case resetting the preferences does not work then go to Menu File > Project Settings > Video Rendering & effects Tab > change Use to "Software Only".
