When I edit a scanned document, I want to set the OCR language to the appropriate language before the text-recognition-scanning by Acrobat, but the button settings is greyed-out and not functioning. I need to click on edit document first - and wait as Acrobat performs OCR with the last used language... And only then can the button settings be used to change the OCR language. However I then need to wait all over again as the programm reperforms the edit session. Very inefficient if you have large files and the waiting is really long.
How can I access the language settings BEFORE the document is being processed?

Hi Bernd Alheit, if it were that simple - that option is not selected. And even if it were: to tick on of off that option is also greyed out when I start the program. See picture.
Only after I have activated EDIT PAGE do the options settings and recognize text become clickable, but then I need to restart the EDIT PAGE again having selected the right settings.
How can I access these options when I start the program and these buttons are still disabled?
