insert FLV into fla with flv on a streaming server

I am stuck i need to insert an fla which is on a steaming server, i just have the link to the fla on the server, but not very good at programming, i know how to put a component for flv in, but then do i need to add code or??? can anyone please help

use the flvplayback component. in the properties panel you can choose the skin (with the controls you want) and the path to your flv.
