Quadro Vs GeForce

I'm doing a bit of research in the GPU department. Mainly on Quadro RTX4000 vs GeForce RTX 2070.I'm aware that there's a small difference in Cuda core counts along with some other minor stuff.
As far as i can tell the big difference is 10-bit output for OpenCL, Pr Ps Ae etc.
But do the Quadros come with more perks over the GeForce line of cards? Like HW encoding for video exports etc?

No hardware encoding for both cards: that is an Intel feature.

Do you want/need 10 bit output then the choice is easy.
