Calculated Field issue between users

Hello all,

I've got two users both using Adobe Acrobat Pro (one on v10, one on cloud)

The v10 user has a document with calculated fields. He can edit this document, but the calculations aren't running/showing on his screen. Another user can fill out the same fields and his calculates correctly.

If the user on v10 edits the doc, and sends that edited doc to another user, the other user opens the pre-filled sheet with correct calculations.

I've verified the v10 has no updates available. What other steps can I try aside from an uninstall/reinstall?

Hey all

Update - The user WAS using Adobe Acrobat 10 Pro. I tried to "repair" the installation (to no avail). I was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling/reinstalling Acrobat.

Are you sure they're using Acrobat? The fact it's installed doesn't mean that's what they're actually opening it in.

Ask them for full-window screenshots.
